Para Jordan, essa cidade sempre foi um ref\u00fagio onde sempre encontrou acolhimento. Quando seus caminhos se cruzaram, foi um amor que teve que ser vivido e deixou marcas profundas em ambos e naqueles que os rodeavam. Surpreendida com a morte de sua av\u00f3, Destiny se v\u00ea obrigada a retornar para casa e enfrentar tudo o que deixou para tr\u00e1s muitos anos antes.<\/p>\n<p>Sabe aquele fim de semana chuvoso que cabe apenas um livro e uma caneca de ch\u00e1? Esse \u00e9 o livro perfeito. Sem muitas pretens\u00f5es, ele nos prende do in\u00edcio ao fim, embora seja ligeiramente previs\u00edvel. A autora consegue descrever muito bem os pensamentos dos personagens, especialmente de Destiny, ent\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma surpresa as decis\u00f5es que ela toma e suas motiva\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Jordan, por outro lado, \u00e9 constru\u00eddo ao longo do desenrolar da trama de modo a tomar exatamente as atitudes que toma \u2013 e que s\u00e3o todas as que esperamos de um perfeito book boyfriend.<\/p>\n<p>Nunca tinha lido nada de Stacey Lynn e gostei bastante. Pessoalmente gostaria de ter lido mais controv\u00e9rsias, mais conflito, mas \u00e9 uma quest\u00e3o pessoal j\u00e1 que o plot \u00e9 muito rico e poderia ter sido mais bem explorado nesse sentido.<\/p>\n<p>Dou 4 estrelas e recomendo!<\/p>\n<h2>Synopsis<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I left home ten years ago, promising myself I\u2019d never return to the place where I had never been accepted. I drank the last two sips while he rinsed out the glass, cleaned up the small mess we\u2019d made and resettled the wine in the fridge.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cYou didn\u2019t answer my question,\u201d I said once he turned and headed in my direction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201cNow,\u201d he said, and he shot me that smoldering look of his. Furrowed brows, head dipped, heat in his eyes I remembered oh so well, and continued, \u201cWe\u2019re going to make out on your grandma\u2019s couch like we used to. We kiss until we can\u2019t breathe. Maybe, if I\u2019m lucky, you let me feel you up a bit, and then I go home with a hard-on like I used to, and tomorrow, we try to do better than we did tonight.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">His hands hit my hips. His head dipped.
