And since Lucas didn\u2019t want to fight with him, he rose and grabbed his laptop for their meeting.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cWhat\u2019s going on between the two of you?\u201d Joe asked.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Lucas turned back. \u201cYou asked me to get involved. I\u2019m involved. And you know what? Out of all the things she loves, she loves you the most. Instead of trying to hold her back, do you know what you should be doing? <em>You<\/em> should be doing the job you asked me to do. <em>You<\/em> should be training her, letting her fly, and stand at her back while she does.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Joe was stunned. \u201cThis is all just a phase for her, why would I do that?\u201d<br \/>\n\u201cIt\u2019s not a phase.
