Model Boyfriend é a continuação de Undefeated (Imbatível), continuando exatamente de onde o livro anterior parou na história. Nick agora é um jogador aposentado. O que será de sua vida, sem a carreira que o guiou pelos últimos 16 anos?
A história nos mostra as dificuldades que uma pessoa no auge da sua vida passa ao se ver aposentado, o que isso pode trazer para o seu relacionamento e como se adaptar a uma nova realidade.
Achei bem interessante acompanhar toda essa caminhada, ainda mais sabendo que o livro é baseado em fatos reais da vida do Stu. Como o corpo de um atleta sofre, a mundo louco da moda e como funciona um time. Sinceramente, eu acho que o primeiro terço do livro poderia ter sido um pouco menor, o que causou monotonia no início da leitura, mas depois que a história engrena, você fica grudado nas páginas doido para saber o próximo acontecimento!
Adorei acompanhar Anna e Nick nesses dois livros e mal posso esperar pela próxima colaboração entre Jane e Stu.

Model Boyfriend is the continuation of Undefeated and gets back at the same time. Nick is retiring and don’t know what it will do with his life.
It’s a great portrait of a young man retired and lost on what to do and who to be. In this book we follow Nick in his self discovery as a model and Anna in her attempts to help him.
I think the first part of the book was a little slow, but after a while it changes pace and you can’t put the book down! It was great read everything knowing that it was inspired on Stu life as an athlete and a model.
I loved following Anna and Nick’s story and can’t wait for the next collaboration between Stu and Jane. Happy reading!

Biographies
Stuart is a retired England International Rugby League player whose career spanned 16 years as a professional playing for several top League clubs. He has had several major injuries that nearly ended his career just as in Undefeated, the amazing collaboration with Jane.
Currently he is a Personal trainer living in Cheshire, UK, and has an online fitness program: Fear Nothing Fitness.
